The brief
High Chai is Tikki's Indian afternoon tea: a tiered stand, sweet and savoury, served the way a traditional afternoon tea would be, but with an Indian-inspired menu.
The menu
Mattar paneer tarts, lamb keema samosas, tandoori chicken sandwiches, chocolate cardamom brownies, chilli chocolate dipped strawberries, and mango lassi.
What we did
High Chai runs both ways: as a public pop-up event, and as a private booking, usually for up to 16 guests but we’re able to stretch to 20 depending on the kitchen facilities and space available. We served our High Chai on a tiered stand, styled like a traditional afternoon tea!
