What we did
Sixteen guests, buffet-style, outdoors in a garden setting. We provided everything needed to run it there: a garden gazebo, tables, buffet equipment and serveware, and eco-friendly crockery, cutlery and serviettes. Sample menus were worked out with the client in advance, the venue was visited beforehand to plan the layout, and full allergen information was given in advance and on the day. We set up earlier in the day and returned that evening to clear everything away.
