What we did
A full vegetarian buffet for 40 guests, self-serve, in a private barn. Before the day, we prepared sample menus with the client and worked around their preferences to land on the vegetarian spread above, and visited the venue in advance to understand the space and facilities available, so the flow and layout were planned ahead of time rather than worked out on arrival. Full allergen information was provided both in advance and on the day. We supplied the buffet tables and serveware ourselves, alongside eco-friendly crockery, cutlery and serviettes — the barn provided the space, Tikki brought everything needed to run the buffet in it.
