Recipe: Pudina chutney (mint and coriander chutney)

Pudina chutney recipe mint chutney coriander chutney

Pudina chutney, mint chutney, coriander chutney - different names for the same delightful classic Indian chutney. Great in sandwiches (think Bombay sandwich), perfect as a dip for samosas and pakoras, an absolute must with chaat. It's refreshing, it's that wonderful mix of sweet and tangy and spicy all at once. Best of all, it is incredibly easy to make. Here's my pudina chutney recipe. Enjoy.
